Brand Management includes creating and maintaining a brand and keeping it relevant as times change. As a brand gains followers and an audience, it expects more from the management team to keep itself fresh and consistent. Brand Management is crucial for enhancing its visibility, keeping up with its values, improving customer loyalty and trust, and protecting its reputation.
